Delivery and Returns
Online Store Delivery Options
There are several options for delivery of your online purchases:
- Collect in store (click and collect) - simply make your purchase online, and we will put your order aside ready for you to pick up within one week of purchase.
- $5 local delivery - if you live in postcode 2533 or 2534, you can get $5 delivery to your door (orders under $30.00) . This will done within 1-3 days of purchase, sometimes even same day. Contact us if you need to know when delivery will be.
- FREE local delivery - if you live in postcodes 2533 or 2534, you can get FREE delivery to your door for orders over $30.00. This will be done within 1-3 days of purchase, sometimes even same day. Contact us if you need to know when delivery will be.
- $10 Australian wide delivery via Australia Post. Orders will be posted within 1-3 days.
If you aren't 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your item for an exhange or store credit. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel at email@example.com and include the following information in your email:
- Order Number
- What you are returning and why
Once you have heard back from us you can pop your item in the post, being sure to package products up well to prevent breakages, and send your parcel back to us at:
Alternatively, if you are local you can pop back in store with your online invoice/receipt and we will sort it out for you!
Products must be returned as new and in original condition with all packaging and labels still attached, and with care for breakable items to ensure they don't break.
